The Association

Meadows Golf Villas is governed by a five member Board of Directors elected by the Owners.  Board positions are President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Director At Large.  The Board is responsible for all aspects of Community, managing the HOA's business and day-to-day operations in accordance with the HOA governing documents.

The Board develops, establishes, keeps current, manages and enforces:

  • Governing Documents
  • Rules and Regulations
  • Accounting and Financial Processes and Procedures
  • Architectural and Design Guidelines
  • Collection Procedures
  • Annual, Board and Special Meetings
  • Annual/Long Term Reserve and Operations Budgets
  • Manages Day-To-Day Association Business
  • Hires and Manages Contractors
  • Conducts Other Critical Business
